As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Satona Consulting Asia Inc, Roger Lamb has more than 30 years of experience in leading major multi-national consumer goods businesses, developing successful market entry strategies and business development initiatives, with a focus on Route to Market, in Asia and E Europe. Operating at VP, General Management level, and more recently leading a Consultancy, significant achievements including establishing a sales and distribution operation in Russia that now supports the No 1 product in the market, and establishing a full commercial operation in the Philippines to support a new strategic investment.
Roger became one of the first Consultants in the Philippines to acquire the prestigious, international CMC (‘Certified Management Consultant’) accreditation in 2013.
Having spent the last 6 years in Asia, Mr. Lamb has become an expert in Asia business, culture, customs and practices, particularly as they pertain to international business.
Roger is also Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce, leading the Board to promote the business interests of the Members in the Philippines and representing the Chamber with UK Trade and Industry Board and other stakeholders.
Over 15 years’ marketing management experience in blue chip multinational consumer goods companies, including personal care and oral care categories.
Classic brand management and category management skills developed in a range of markets including Russia, Northern Europe and the Philippines enables Natalia to make a very objective assessment of all brand management but with particular capability in personal care products.
Natalia has led the development of a number of new brand launches including a unique new toothpaste product in Russia, and a range of promotional innovations in personal care in the Philippines.
